Is this true? I have a client who has his site hacked. When you search for "keyword" and see his site on the SERPS or google results list, click on it and you'll be redirected on other page. Have you experience this?

Well many people have experienced these types of situations, it is either they got hacked, somebody knew their FTP passwords or malware related issues. Your client should at least sort this problem soon, if it's a malware issue then Google will pick it up and will put the "this site may harm your computer" words on your client's SERP.

i will tell you a interesting news ... My friend Uses BSNL connection(indian) he said that when he types Gmail.com it redirects to mail.google.com
and after a few seconds it turns out as a cheap ads page.. i was shocked when i saw this through Team viewer

I asked him to disconnect and then reconnect once and it got solved( clearing browser cache ddint work) So i think it must be a problem with the ISP level connection

Must be some kind of malware..
Ask your client to scan his PC as well as his website for malware.
