Need Quick Banner - 20$ contest - Paypal immediate payment

I need a quick header/Banner for a private site

Header Size : 920px × 100px, Filename : logo.gif

Code (markup):

The banner will have following :-
1. Text Logo CENTERED with text as "MEBA United"
The MEBA United red and blue LOGO can be found here:

2. Logo will be text based but a very small design can be added beside it to make it attractive

3. Add some images in left and Right related to ships, union workers, merchant marines or an American flag

4. The images must be colorful yet make sure they suit and mix well with the website color

The winner will need to supply both *.psd and *.gif format
Payment will be made immediately via PayPal.

I'm sorry but no Cruise Ships, if you use ships please use washington State Ferries and a container ship or Staten Island Ferries or tanker or bulk carrier

VashaDesign bottom looks good, would be better if the man wasnt in there and the meba united logo was larger and center

@Redders, your entry looks so much like mine combined with GFXartist entry

 

The CH has given instructions to include the meba united logo, and other things such as the US flag, merchant marines and ferrys.

As far as I can see the only similarities are using a US Flag and the MEBA logo...which everyone has done. I believe I am the first to include the merchant marines logo and the staten island ferry.

I hope you weren't implying something here.
