I've tried this method and It begin to works well for me. But not all the keyword will be successful so You have to prepare the worst as well on my opinion.

This is exactly how you can make a decent amount of money with Google Adsense! I do the same thing and make decent money!

Only issue I have is that I haven't developed enough sites yet. I need to be less lazy and get all those sites built with unique content!

So the Idea is to have many sites that convert...why not focus on 1 sites first and realy-really dig it potential and try to monetize it in any way possible, adsense, blogroll, link selling, even affiliate marketing....
I'm sure it is more easy to focus just on 1 sites than to have 20-30 sites that make the money
