Selling Day Trading Forum

DayTradingForum(dot)net live site and (dot)org just a domain name for sale. Site was ranked in the top 2 in Google for keyword "day trading forum" for a while (several months, close to one year). Currently in top 10, fluctuates often in ranking. All traffic is organic. See webalizer screenshot below. Site had not been advertised in any other way. I'm no longer in the website business or day trading business and I don't have the time to maintain and develop it. I am considering freezing the site and holding the domain names, but as a courtesy to members who posted relevant content to promote their services I want to make an attempt to keep it alive. That is why I am willing to sell both domain names and the content at a discount, on the condition that the current non-spam content not be deleted, and that efforts be made to maintain and develop the site. It is up to you if you want to charge posters who advertise their businesses after you take possession, as long as all current non spam content be respected. If in the future you merge these domains with the .com then this content must either be transfered to the merged site, or those members who made relevant posts to promote their business should receive some free posts to reasonably promote their business.

 

Why do you have all of the requirements to protect the posters who are promoting their business? Have they been paying you to do so?

 

No. The requirements are there to be fair to the posters who contributed their time and provided the site with relevant content in order to also promote their services.

 

Do you also own the .com version of the name?

 

No. I only own the .net and .org.

 

Im interested if you are willing to drop the minimum price. The site is practically new and has very little members. Hence little value.

 

I'm pretty sure the site is priced very cheap. In fact I'm raising the reserve price. But I might be interested in a partnership.
