Why does bing hate my site?

I understand how Google works, but Bing seems to hate my site for some reason. I'm 9th spot in Google for the word "one piece" but in Bing I'm shoved way back to the 3rd page. What's worse is its ranking newer, shittier sites above my own... they have less content, less PR, less linkbacks, etc. I don't get it.

Yep I have the same problem. It simply refuses to index me. Yahoo took about a year before they would sniff in my direction, and Bing just refuses to index despite my best efforts.

Why do you care? No one uses Bing so why waste the effort? If you compare this to the desktop, where Windows is used by 95% of users over Linux, there are relatively more Linux users than Bing users!

Well, I just got off the phone with Bill (Gates) and he specifically brought up your site and how much he hates it. He wouldn't explain why. Sorry.

Haha, kind of amusing but I think there's one explanation for all this: bing sucks.

This thread has some funny responses... :)
I wouldn't ignore bing. Google may be king now, but you never know what can happen. I do wonder why you don't rank as well in bing as in google. I thought bing was easier to rank in. Do you have decent links?

Bing Indexed my site quickly and gave me a good position for which I received nice traffic for 3 days , the traffic then died of but I stayed in same position which was wierd, then for no reason dropped me and de-Indexed. I have found their support to be a waste of time and effort :-?

Baha... My site is ranking well on Google but it is the indexing (despite submitting sitemaps) that just wont happen I have decent enough links, but maybe I just need to giveup on Bing like the rest of the world..

Try searching for "Average size of email" - that was the last thing I ever searched for on that engine..

I agree, Bing is nothing. Google has all the traffic and is the big boys on the block. Concentrate on Goog and forget Bing. I dont know of a person who even uses it.

I agree, I don't even bother. Yahoo, Google and for some reason Baidu are my top search engine bots.

I also have problems with Bing. It doesn't want to index one of my sites. I tried many different tactics... Now I am thinking bing just needs much more time than google

I have the same problem. I have a 4 month website, google, ask, yahoo indexed in the first page for some keywords but bing indexed 0.

I haven't had any luck with Bing either. I doubt I'd get much traffic from there anyway.

Bing gives a stronger weight to keyword in domain name.

don't worry about Bing, just keep checking from 6 months to 6 months one day you will find yourself up there.
