Someone took my Adsense ID and Ads on his Spamsites

Someone took my Adsense ID and Ads on his Spamsites, much of them.

You know where I have noticed this first? In my Adsenseaccount at the "Website-Diagnosetool"!!

There is a strange url, not mine! I have already written to Google a little email, no answer yet, but I will wait. I wrote them to remove this url on my adsenseaccount, because it is not mine.
I dont know this man, but he is from the same city. I know it from denic.de, there is his adress.
In the morning I wrote him a email, to delete immediately all Ad on his many sites. No answer till now. I wrote him, I go to record him to the police and he will get a letter from my laywer, if he dont delete it untill today evening 19:00h. No answer.
My Friend went to his house today, he lives also here in our city. He did not wanted to open - only after my friend told him, that he will come back with the police, than he opened. But no reaction - My Adsense are still on his sites!! . So tomorrow I go to the police etc....
    Why some people do this?
He is not a child, he is about 20Years old.
    What can I do?
    Will I lose my Adsense-Account???

If your Adsense are on his sites, then your making money off of his sites. Is there something about his sites that violate Google's TOS?

Can you redirect the ads to a faulty page in the meantime? Until "G" responds or does something for you.

Yes on his sites there are so many hidden Keywords. In the Html code. Or better you can see the sites yourself, full of nothing and spam.

Here they are. But these are german sites in german languages:
some are not working anymore - thats why their are in MY Google Adsensesite Website-Diagnose tool:
(But they are still in Google Cache)
    G. complaint about these sites:
    http://www.apartment-boerse.de/ (not found)
    ..../appartement-berlin. html (not found)
    ...../unterkunft-berlin. html (not found)

And these are from him: (with MY Adsense on it)
    http://mitglied.lycos.de/astad22/
    http://mitglied.lycos.de/astad22/flat.html
    and much more sites.
Many many sites with my Google Adsense.

I came here only to say it, because you people should also watch and observe your Adsense site: "Website-Diagnostic-Tool" (dont know in english) if there appears a strange url then you know someone is working with your Adsense ID!
I have read it here often, that some people steal Content with Adsense ID on it. I never thought, it could happen to me.

hmm. you done the right thing by contacting google. The adsense system is such that any of you compititor can kill your adsense account without you even knowing it.

Google should do something for it.

No absolutly I dont know this person. He me - I dont know. No I dont think so competitor. But really something is very curious:

He is also living in the same City. And he makes Websites for Berlin-Holidayflats. (only Sites - no flat he has to offer)
We (me and friend) WE DO HAVE really a Holidayflat in Berlin!! For our Appartment we have a build a Website - but we have NO Adsense on it!

I dont know him but it really is a little curious.
I dont know what is going on but I think it is coincidence - funny how this comes.

Yes I wrote to Google a little email.

And one hour ago my laywer (Advocate) (he is a friend of us) we wrote to him a very good letter by Post. And send it by post, so he will get the letter tomorrow morning. To say he must take all my Adsense away from his sites untill monday.

I hope not kill me, I have no guilt - and I can nothing more do.

Yes you are right "without you even knowing it"! That is true!! Because I only know my Problem since I have looked into my Adsense Website-Diagnose Tool!
Before not. That is by hazard/coincidence.

    Ow sorry, girl ....
Ha ha, sure not, and never will be, I escaped from banning a lot of times by simply contacting Google, I am using channels every where and when I get some weird clicks from somewhere, I start the "inspection" ;)

    Hi Everyone

I was looking through the threads for an Adsense thread dealing with this subject and as I have the answer I thought I should post it to help you..
I took the person's name out who wrote me the e-mail. I am not sure I am allowed to post private communications and do not wish to invade that individuals privacy either way.

I hope this helps alleviate your concerns.

    Peace

It look obvious to me that this is a case of deliberate sabotaging. The best thing you've did is to report/email to Google.

However, Google seems to be on a "killing" spree and has suspended tons and tons of Adsense accounts.

One of my friend got a reply from Google that his account is okay (after he declared self clicking for purpose of testing). The next day, the received the infamous Adsense suspension email (from another department). He appealed with the 1st reply from Google but the "suspension" department overruled the appeal.

Look carefully at Google reply - if you ask them if your account is okay, they will NOT answer you directly with statement like "no worry, if you did not violate TOS, your account will be fine".

Hope all is fine with your account. Do continue to keep us updated on this "sabotaging" case.

Take screen shots of his sites with your Adsense on it.
Send this to Google and keep it for yourself also.

If he removes it then you will still have proof.

You can also save his code from his sites showing your Adsense code in a file to your computer.
