What is the procedure to change the last name??

    As title says, how can i do that?

    I write "Kumar" on paypal but want to change it to "Singh". And please tell me is it important to verify account or to withdraw money?? :confused:

    Also contact them through phone call and let them know of this. That way you can do it quickly in compare to email support.

    Yes its better to inform them about your changes, also make sure you do it from the same ip where you had first created your account. If you open your paypal account in different locations, they might think that your account is taken over by someone.

    For better results try to contact them by live chat or phone call, keep the conversation saved somewhere as a hard copy, so if they keep your account on hold for some reasons, you can show up the hard copy of your conversation. Make a note of the paypal account manager who talks to you.

    Hey i got a response. They are asking me to upload/fax documents for the verification of my name. Is photo copy of my PAN card sufficient for this????

    Maybe you can scan your id card and bill address to paypal to chang it.
