    Absolutely true. The rates should be, at the very least, $2.7-$3 per article.
    It will never be possible to get a "Pro article writer - fluent in English" in that price.

    lol the great thing is everybody is saying you wont get anybody fluent and the only person saying he will do it clearly is not fluent in english :p
