I am currently eating no meat diet and 50% raw food/50% cooked vegtables such as soups and smoothies. Anybody growing their own veg or into healthy eating?
I am currently on an all fruit diet for 1 month to detoxify. it's been 2 weeks now and it's really hard to do especially if you are used to meat.
IM 18 years old and i have not had any meat in 2-3 months period. even though my family eats it and uses microwaves.
I have been veggie for many years but I have started eating oily fish now. I grow a few veggies in the back garden but not vast amounts. When I first went veggie I felt incredibly light and healthy. How about you?
I just sprouted some popcorn sprouts yesterday and i have planted 2 meter quared area for carrots and 1m squared for broad beans today.
Same here. I've been veg for over 15 years. I've been eating fish for about a year now. Mostly for health reasons. I grow a few basics in the back yard.
Lifelong vegetarian here thanks to my mother! Although I don't exactly have the healthiest diet. I still have the same high carb and protein diet from my competitive sport days but without the heavy training regiment...Plus a large beer drinking habit... Funny how everything thinks just because you are veg you must be skinny, short and waif like! I am just the opposite of that
How is fish a health reason? I dont think there is anything in fish that u cant get in a vegan diet. Mercury, too much protein, bad calcium etc etc
There are alot of vegan and vegatarian bodybuilders on youtube so most vegans who are skinny are eating too few calories. For example 100 grams of celery is like 17 calories lol
