I need full website wordpress theme desgin for my client on "Papaer Tissue Wholsale" concept. after completing the desgin i need it to be converted to wordpress theme supported in hebrew (RTL) my budget $50 pm me.
lol 50$, i am sorry, i think you will have to look into your budget once again. price for wp- theme deigns is like 150$ integration, plugins and setting is 150$ total is 300$

Everybody know here on this forum they can find workers who do lot of work with cheap price, they and with freelancer who work with more than low budget breake everytihng They want in very low money quality, etc etc I wish here on digital point can some moderators to take the projects and to make an section where to be minimum price for contest or for directly work In this way will dissapear beginner freelancer and bad price.. I agree... no one can work for just a cheap price and make a living at $50. I have found many people think its ok to offer 10-30 for a wordpress theme, don't think its right!
I second paladin884 suggestion. There should be a minimum pricing structure at least through the BST section. That way it eliminates low quailty dare i say it (indian) designers in particular. I am not being bais towards them but they do seem to be targeting this forum offering lower prices with poor results. Also the OP the price would most likely get you only 1 page designed (PSD) at minimum never mind the conversion from psd to wordpress. IF anyone wishes to offer such low budgets expect poor quality or at least a template from Themeforest which i have seen many do here on DP and claim as there own work.
