Then go there and leave comments on their blog. It's important to participate in the topic being discussed, not just leaving any comment. When you have made some sort of relationship with the bloggers, approach them and ask for a linkexchange. It's best if you already link to them, that makes it easier for them to link to you. But the first thing you could do is submit your rss feed to feed aggregators. That will give you some quick backlinks. Also consider guest blogging, but that's probably in the future. Focus on good content now and commenting on related blogs.

Blogger blog are very risky, google is going deleted most of blospot blog without prior information. If you want to be one professional blogger then I recommend you to start self hosted wordpress blog. If you had created a blog it is same as site. It is your personal site and I'd suggest you to consider a complete Off-page to generate backlink. One more thing to consider is update your blog regularly.
