Which domain type best for a personal blog?

Hey guys

Im planning to buy a domain name for my personal blog, which domain type wud u suggest? .com or .me? or smthin like .net...
pls not that pricing is not a concern here..just wanna know which one suits personal blogs...

.me best for personal bloggers

 

I've got a .com for my personal blog, i think it is the most recognized.

.me is not known so much, .name is probably known a bit more..

 

go for .com for global usage and brandable name. for personal blogs your full name or sur name suits best

 

I'd recommend using a .com

 

If your personal name is available as domain name with .com... by all means, go for it. It would be your best bet for a personal blog!

Most people would got for a .com but a .me sounds great. I would personally go for a .com.

 

Well .com is always best for any type of blog or site .

 

.com only for sure, the great majority of people are not very internet savvy and will always expect a .com

 

I prefer .me for personal blogs. but in case in the near future you would like to engage your blog on paid blogging sites I would go for .com.
