Hi all i am php developer but making 200 $ per month from my job. It's not enough for me Iam 1 year exp , PHP , ajax, js, joomla , css ,html , seo know person i am more passion about web devlopment .But companies in india are paying only this much. Any idea!!!!!! I don't want to move my platform like java or .net....... help please

PHP developers are always on demand. You could understand Wordpress and develop themes. If you are able to create professional themes then you could sell them for great price. I hope you understood what i am telling !
If you want to earn more money from programming, you could also try getting jobs from freelancer websites like ex. rentacoder current vWorker or getacoder. But remember that since they are job bidding site, you should be really careful not to sell yourself too cheap.

$2000 a month is a very hard call but not impossible. i think you should get into some company as you are having so much of knowledge.
Reading this made feel really sick. Is it normal in India that people work so hard? I hope that you find some way to improve your quality to life, because that does not sound like life at all... Amirk had also a good suggestion for you, which you could consider. After writing a few of those quality plugins, maybe it would be possible for you to start your own business.

As a buyer of services, when I find someone that does good work, I keep giving them work. So, use the freelance sites to develop contacts for ongoing business. You could possibly also partner with a web designer, for example, to expand your services (via themes or website packages as suggested previously).
I know someone who is a programmer. Sometimes he has clients which pay him $5000/project, of course he didn't start out with these numbers. He used to own a php-script webshop. He made scripts, I made the designs and we sold licenses for about $10 - $80 each. Let's say $45 average. 45 * 45 = $2025 USD! Perhaps you should consider working for your own, companies rip you off.
