thanks for SM for having a great affliate program, im also glad that we are actually talking to a official from SM that can hear our voice. im SM affliate for only 1.25 months and im happy with my earnings, todays week payout is more than my highest payout from HF.

just a quick question, is the referral earnings included in the double payout?

Regarding the bonus payout, yes the referral earning is included.... Its EVERYTHING u make x2 on Saturdays and Sundays

wohhh thanks, then im expecting more $$$ from my paypal account. i though its not included that's why i didn't ask and let it go anyway my earning was fine and increasing week by week

We have been trying the replicate the problem, but haven't been able to yet... Can you please get us more details like the file being downloaded, the internet connection, browser etc.. ?

From our end, we are only seeing wait times as they were designed to be (30 seconds for first download, and 10 minutes for every other download till the end of the day)

Btw the good news is , our new site (filesonic.com) will be coming out soon , hopefully within the next week or so

It's not just a single download/file it's all I have tried from many sources. I do not see a 30 second wait, it's always 10 minutes in said loop, and as mentioned it's only been happening (now) these past 2 weeks, before then it was fine... and noting your new site change that could be party to the issue.

Comp: Mac Pro on 10.5.8 and 10.6.4, PC on Windows XP

Browser: Safari 4.0.5/5.0, FireFox (on both OS's), IE8

It seems as you say that VirginMedia are routing multiples via a proxy hence using one IP address causing this bottleneck. I've had no reply from them at all.

I sent you my IP via PM the other day too.

Hope you can help, I'd really like to download but have no funds to purchase a premium account. Could a temp one be issued to see if this resolves issues?

hi sales matrix, for the double earnings promo on saturdays and sundays, I haven't sent an email for 07/03/2010 and 07/04/2010, can I still request for it?

And for today and tomorrow (07/10/2010 and 07/11/2010) double earnings should I send email on monday (07/12/2010)? or previous monday (07/05/2010).

I wish SM will send it automatically.

i seem to be having the same problem as Ashley Smith when i go to download a file it asks me to wait 10 minutes when the time is up i get a message saying "sorry but there's still another 9 minutes and 50 secs left to wait" this process repeats itself in a continuous loop whats the problem.??

 

What OS are you on, who is your ISP, and what browser are you using?

I've had reports from friends that it isn't just happening with VirginMedia but other ISP's too...

 

I'm on a mac and my ISP is BT Broadband and I'm using firefox I've tried safari aswell to no success it's definitely a problem at sharingmatrix's end.
