    I am not sure I know co.cc but blogspot.com is actually a Google blog. If your blog has good content it will be indexed and ranked in Google rapidly. I can not comment on the other one because I do not know it. BUT, SEO can be applied to any blog or site.

    A lot of hosting sites even banned .co.cc for there are a lot spammers and scammers who uses .co.cc

    If I were you I rather go for .blogspot.com

    if you are doing a write ups then you must go for blogspot,in case you wanted to make it popular. blogpsot is easy to get indexed and crawled especially if you keep it updated.

    I used co.cc as well as blogspot.com. Both of them are having its own advantages and disadvantages. But I am always prefer blogspot.com. But I earned a lot through co.cc

    Whenever I see a .co.cc domain I automatically think... SPAM ALERT. I think you'd be better of going with .blogspot.

    If you want to use wordpress or other CMS, you have to use .co.cc
    But if you want simpler way, use blogspot.
    Blogspot is owned by google, so i think they will like it
