I am looking for a good vps server

I am looking for a good vps server with around 3-4 gb memory 50 gb space and 2 ips that i can use for nameservers also it need to be apache enabled and have WHM control panel if anyone knows a reliable vps at a good price please post thank you

 

What is your budget? For the memory are you looking for 3-4 GB of dedicated memory or burstable memory?
