Please Review my PTC site's design

hi guys, I just completed the design for my PTC site, what do you guys think?
suggestions are welcomed, thanks very much.

ps. if I put a tutorial video, do you guys it would disturb the site?

Design is good but there are few items which can be improved:
1) buttons "Home Benefits FAQ Terms Signup Login Members Area Contact" are very simple
2) white glow on your logo is not a best idea

 

I love the web design. Feels cosy! One thing that is distracting though is the way those member buttons animate. I think a tutorial video would not disturb.

 

Design are gud but improve header menu.

1) Your domain name is looking good
2) Design is looking clean but there should be a change in header to look it better
3) Select a better logo for your site

 

site structure should be more profressional .. bless you anyway
