How get sixpack?

    How get sixpack? Want girls like me so I figure get six pack. Crunches not work. Any tips?? :confused::cool:

    Youtube Ab workouts there is a six minute ab workout that is great in there that you can do with only a couch

    lol didn't read the previous post....Sit down on your couch with your bottom just on the edge hold your arms up a little off the couch and lift your legs up as close to your chest 20 times, then lay on the floor put your legs on the couch in crunch position and do 20 crunches, Then lift your bottom and lower back off the ground so your legs are pointed almost straight up bend your legs some and do 20 double kicks in the air kinda like a leg press with no weights and your legs in the air. there a few more but those will get you started. just get creative with different exercises using your couch it is a good piece of equipment lol.

    Go down to the corner store and pick up 6 beers - its called a 6-pack. The cans are held together by a plastic retaining ring.

    If beer is not sold in your area, you can also get a six pack of coke, pepsi, dr. pepper,,,,,, and just about any kind of drink you can thik of.

    i got mine by doing abs about 10 mins a day, routine i did was run 5 mins, do 50 crunches, then right after do leg lifts then 50 more crunches, no breaks. watch what you eat, it's just as important as what you do

    dont want guys with sixpack...hehehehe there kinda unreal... and i like my man to be all natural... no- 6packs...4pack is accepted or at least natural

    Just punch it into Youtube. Thats the best teacher I have found so far.

    The best workout I have found is a mixture between a pull-up and a crunch.
