    It is better to have wordpress hosted on premium hosting. By doing so, one can have lot of customization.

    decent. glad that you added more content. however your design is very ..... bland. dull. trust me, i have used themes and designs like that and they dont attract many people. while yes it is simple, it is too simple.

    Change template. (Maybe go for a magazine template? Since I think you are going for a professional look)
    Website is verry slow for me.
    Get a favicon.
    Get a more unique website title.
    Delete the blogger frame at the top.
