They aren't asking you do place logos on your auction listings - they are saying that is what you CAN do (if you want) while your account is limited. You need to contact paypal directly for help.

Paypal gives prompt response to phone calls. Send relevant documents what paypal asks. They will lift the limitation.

simply with draw it to your bank, or any thing attached to paypal for withdrawal purpose, don't need to have a website.

Hey, You did mistake. You must call at the day after only after time of limitation. One more thing, you have chance even now to contact paypal. Just contact paypal, and with respect, say them your problem, and how you earn money, and explain them. See, they are not owners of paypal.

Connect to support department of limitation on phone, after that limitation department wont respond, then you tell the support person to just forward to senior limitation department. They will help you instantly.

Because I did like this only.

Since you did not initiate the process of lifting the limitation when your account got limited, after 180 days... you can only withdraw the funds and do nothing else. If you were looking to lift this limitation, you should have contacted Paypal immediately when this problem surfaced. :(
I would advice you to just do the withdrawal now... and forget about this account, thereafter.
