Am facing one problem.. When I open google.com and search my keyword "san jose limo service". It showing my website on 2nd Page. 2 Position. Website name is http://www.paullimo.com But When my client (located in usa) search in google.com with same keyword. It showing website in 5th Page. How can I see right result. Yeah Google skews the results based on your location and where the websites themselves are hosted. For instance a site hosted in Romania advertising a local cafe in new York won't be regarded as high a quality as say the same website hosted in the us.
just do one thing clear your cache and cookies and logout from your account then check it will show approx result not exactly but its almost near
Google is trying to give each user that searches relevant data back. So there could be a number of factors why you are on page 5 for one area of america and on page one for a different area. The content on the website. The domain name server location ETC...

Hemant, Google.com includes regional differences in search results. It renders the search results on the basis of the geo location of user. In your case when you search for a key term, the result you get is for the Indian geo location and when your client checks the rankings, he checks it from US, so the results would be different. The best way to provide your client with the accurate rankings as per US search engine, you should try some US proxy websites like browser9.com, zend2.com and then Google the keyterms using these proxy websites. Then the results you will show would be the same as your client would see.
Also you could decide which country to focus from google webmaster tools. My host is in usa and I focused on usa !
Yes Google show result according to IP location and keyword competition. That keyword has low competition in India because keyword is targeted for USA so its showing better position but in USA that website has much competitor so their showing poor ranking. You have to make some backlinks from those website which is targeted to US. I hope you will get good result in US also
Fow what it's worth, you came up 12th in a search from the UK. Definitely check with google webmaster tools that the site is aimed at the US. Double check your client isn't signed with a google account too from his search, as this will deliver highly customized results. The US proxy search is a good idea too - you'll be able to see whatever your client sees
On Google Homepage you have in right up corner a link called "web history setting" .make sure they are turned off
