    how to verify USA paypal account ?not from bank account and credit card.any other option is their to verify the usa paypal account.

    vcc is applicable to verify the USA paypal account.once applicable how to get vcc?

    It says it does if you activate the card they send you. It however didn't work for me though so I would not use that method. Using http://www.accountnow.com/ supposedly works I haven't tested it though
