I fully agree with you but looking at the Germany's recent liking for 4 goals in a match, I would alter the scoreline a bit...
4-2 against Spain and 4-1 against Holland in the Finals!

Yes we know Germany can better defends the ball then Spain and it could be big issue for Spain and we already seen how England caught on German's counter attack.

If Germany starts with a goal, then the game would become interesting. but Spain has a descent chance to win the game. the reason is Germany's weak defense. apart from Lahm, German defense has nothing in it. and even Lahm goes forward through the flanks. a counter attack goal for Spain is very much on.
