    I am selling a forum website that currently has between 700 and 1300 unique hits per day, and has 8000 or so members.

    I have decided to sell because the site actually loses money due to it being a forum in which users are paid to post.

    So, effectively, what i am selling is the REAL value of the site.. its traffic and members which can easily be directed to the site of your choice.

    Site Demographics:

    75% USA users
    25% Rest Of World users

    Traffic Stats (statcounter.com)

    (see attachment of latest traffic figures).

    Adsense Revenue (Should You Wish to Keep the Site)

    Normally a couple of dollars a day.

    In summary, I will be sad to lose this site as it is effective and getting more traffic every day. Howevere, it cant continue to run as it is and so the traffic should be used as a promotion tool.

    I have been asked by a few people for evidence of the minimal earnings. (attached)

    The revenue is split between Adsense and Popups (Global interactive).

    I am afraid i do not have referal information as my traffic counter is statcounter (www.statcounter.com) with which I have a number of sites. They only record the last 100 logs on the free version. I can however confirm that there are NO paid links or purchased traffic for the site. it is all organic traffic.
