Alertpay just scam me 288$ Dont do business with alertpay

Hi,
its a pathetic story of mine .
i was open an alertpay account last week because one of my buyer willing to pay me via alertpay .
i suggest him to pay me via paypal but he encourage me to go with alertpay .

after opening the account i verified my account .and received three payments from the same buyer .i.e 138$ ,94$ and 65$ .

i just sell my whole forum to that buyer for 300$ and i permit him to pay me via installment .
anyway i know that buyer very well because he is a well known member of bwtorrents.com as well as other forums and after receiving the money i made a withdrawal request to my credit card last week monday .
yesterday i noticed that my cc withdrawal declined and no reason shown to me and balance back to my ap account.
after that i place a new request of withdrawal with the whole money because the buyer give me the rest of the money between this period .

today i was shocked when i was see that all payments has been Reversed from my account and stated that


"Our security center has informed us that you received unauthorized funds from . As a result, we have reversed the corresponding payment(s) from your AlertPay account .This payment was reversed because the sender had unknowingly come into possession of fraudulent funds. Please note that the sender was not aware of this and they are not responsible for this situation. However, we ask that you stop shipment of any products or services you are providing as a result of this payment. We apologize for any inconveniences caused by this matter. For further assistance regarding this matter, please respond to this e-mail ticket directly.

after that i promptly contact the buyer and i noticed that all is good .all money is legitimate he show me his account via team viewer .
then i contact alertpay over phone and the lady told me i cant help u regarding this u should submit ticket .

but ticket submit is really pathetic because when the cc withdrawal decline i made a ticket but still no response receive .

just now i receive a e-mail from alert pay that " Unfortunately, the funds you received were determined to be from fraudulent sources and had to be reversed."


but main thing is that money was legitimate and buyer show me his account and he send me payments and there is no unauthorized funds i received .


though whole money has been Reversed .

and in this way alertpay just scam me 288$ .

and this is happen after 10 days of first receiving money

think your self guys before doing any transaction with alertpay .
i was made a mistake that i believe alertpay and open a account here .

will never use this company anymore .
paypal is much much better and i suggest u all stick with paypal .

Paypal is more strict than alertpay. i suggest you reconfirm with your buyer it is either he is lying and sent a ticket to alertpay to reverse the transaction. And i promptly suggest you Call alertpay also

 

I have found AlertPay to be a great payment processor.

Since your buyer claims he did not initiate the reversal and the money was returned to him, did he end up sending you the $300?

this is second time ..

one thing u believe guys alertpay dont refund the money to the buyer account also because i saw his account over team viewer . .

the whole money was froze by bull shit alertpay ..

i know the buyer very well .

 

I don't use AlertPay a lot because not many places accept but this is strange.

please check wether the a/c shows on team viewer and the a/c frm which the money was sent r same or not.. mayb the buyer is trying to cheat on u

Dude, I've been using Alertpay a lot, and never had problems - I had dozens of incoming and outgoing transactions in a range of several hundred dollars, all fine.

It's probably that you just had bad luck! In my case PayPal sucks because they froze my funds, it wasn't much, but ~50$ isn't that insignificant either.

 

OP, your trying to blind yourself just because you know the buyer. How close are you like do you know his name, friends etc..
Internet Marketing is crude even if you know the person and had many transactions you still have to doubt because you really don't know him and you just met him on the net.

It is either your story is misconceptional that you hacked his account or your just blind to see that your buyer cheated you.

 

i think tht alert pay is fixed sites for scam....
when i m doing business of click add on neobux paypal is fixed to alertpay and i dont get any money from alertpay.....

u are right man alertpay is one kind of cheater site.....

 

Lol how can alertpay be scam, the buyer cheated you if alertpay they are scam a lot of people 'll make many complain & they 'll shut them down also a lot people complain about paypal does that mean they are scam ? sorry for your lost.

i strongly believe alertpay is a scam because buyer is very close to my family and alertpay also dont refund the money to him ..then where is the money man??in the air or alertpay dancing over the money ???

 

i don't think that ap scammed you the money.... it has to be a problem from the buyer

 

no today i visit his home and i chk his account very thoroughly .so i am very much sure about this .

alertpay is a scam and do anything anytime ..

 

Though, I'm only using Paypal now, I'll think twice before using Alertpay in future. It is not like that I think Alertpay is a scam. Still it creates some doubt in your mind.
