For God sake....I swear its work for me. But here some rules to apply : 1. Make sure your email is targeted to certain niche or else you will dump yourself paying too much for autoresponder. 2. Double Opt-in, although most IM out there told you for single opt in, but myself don't convert well with it. 3. Always deliver value first before profit. OP - Unfortunately it would take full books to explain most of your answer to you. The type of marketing you do depends on your Niche. If your Niche is pop-culture you would market to Facebook or Twitter If your Niche is Making Money Online, Email campaigns still work - (To get people to join your list you need to give them an incentive) By the mere asking of your question, it would seem that you still have a lot more research to do. -which is why I guess you read this forum.
