Paypal help please

    I am from India,I have a unverified Paypal account[I made 2 deposits in my bank account which i will verify it] which is limited,but i provided all proofs to Paypal and still Paypal did not lifted limitations and Paypal says that your bank account is linked to an another Paypal account which is closed and Paypal says it has negative balance.

    But everybody know that Anybody can add bank account to only one Paypal account.There cannot be one bank account to two Paypal accounts.

    What i do now.Anyone's help will be appreciated very much by me.

    As you have mentioned, you already provided proofs that the Paypal account is yours. The only problem is the linking up of a bank account/debit card/credit card to verify your account and lift the withdrawing limits. Send a report to Paypal and also notify your bank about this problem. Some banks do not allow Paypal transactions, so ask your bank if they allow Paypal transactions to be deposited or withdrawn from your account.

    Since you're using a bank account, Paypal should have sent a small amount of money to your account like $0.025 that has a verification code with it. If you go to the bank and see that there wasn't any small amount deposited as such, then it means your bank doesn't allow the transaction.

    If you're using a debit card/credit card, Paypal should have deducted about $1.95 from your bank account that will reflect on your bank statement as a verification code.

    I am not talking about my Paypal account verification.My bank allows Paypal transactions.As 2 days,in my country holidays were there,so Banks were closed but today will opena nd i willl verify my Paypal account with bank account.

    Your account access limitation cannot be lifted at this time. We need more
    information about your account before we can proceed with the appeal
    process. Our records show that your PayPal account is linked to another
    PayPal account with the domain/email address XXXX. The
    issues on the related account must be resolved before we are able to
    further review this PayPal account.

    But that Paypal account which my bank account is linked has been closed many months back and has negative balance.
    So what should i do now?
    Should i delete this bank account and add a new bank account and verify it or should i use this bank account only?

    I think you're going to need another bank account. It doesn't look like Paypal is going to work with you if you use the same bank account.

    Ok.I will add a new Bank account and verify my Paypal account with a new Bank account.

    Login to your paypal. go to profile and edit your bank account details.

    When i click on edit,i get only 2 options Confirm or Cancel.

    open your paypal > Click "Profile" > * Add or Edit Email
    * Add or Edit Bank Account
    * Add or Edit Card
    * Add or Edit Street Address
    just choose the second one

    Today,i got a mail from Paypal
