Yep, there is. This is Yahoo web analytics - http://web.analytics.yahoo.com/ But I think Google analytics is better comparing with YWA. And Yahoo has a site explorer tool that analyze the backlinks of websites - http://siteexplorer.search.yahoo.com/

Yahoo has a Site Explorer - but I dont think its as good as google webmaster tools. When you sign up for yahoo site explorer, go ahead and verify your site, that way you can get detailed feedback. If you dont verify that your the owner of the site, your going to get limited information.
Yes Google webmaster is better, but Yahoo site explorer is for yahoo! you will not get any information about how your site ranks in Yahoo from Google webmaster tools. You should have both! Plus get bing webmaster too. Then you have webmaster tools for the big 3
I don't think yahoo have something equivalent of google webmasters. But they do have service named siteexplorer but you can do no more than view the backlinks to your website or submit your websites from there.
Perfect.. But, I'd suggest to use Google Analytics instead of Yahoo's as it's much better in reporting.
