I think that since Saturday downloads are not tracked properly, then you could give a 30% premium from the sold Today counts better now.

If you have less downloads, it has nothing to do with us. The new system is not bad... If anything, it is better, since we pay for all countries and give you the choice to go to 60% for sales!

Something very important too is that we are giving the free users a very good service, that is how people are getting more and more downloads.

why there is a big different between Total Downloads and Counted Downloads ?

 

Just emailed support, problem with downloads not being counted... today got a total of 8 downloads counted, yesterday I had more than 580... yet I can see in the download stats hundreds of downloads for today but none being counted properly in the stats page....

I think is because there are many premiun member download you file.
It will only count one download from premiun menber in 24 hour even they download 10 or more

My conclusions so far:
- I posted a question in this thread, I sent a PM to sales-smatrix, I sent a mail to sharingmatrix(at)hotmail(dot)com, I sent a mail to support about not counted downloads. No reply/answer in any way.
- The web upload still doesn't work (and not only for me) EDIT: it works again now.
- SM says to implement new features almost immediately (refer to remote uploading from uploading.com a bit higher in this thread) while basic features do not work properly
- Between Friday and Sunday I added a hotfile mirror link for each sharingmatrix upload. Hotfile links are downloaded 10x more than the sharingmatrix link (while the sharingmatrix link is always the first).
- Since Monday I only use exclusively hotfile because the web upload doesn't work on sharingmatrix. While I only use hotfile since Friday and sharingmatrix since months, yesterday my earnings on hotfile were higher than on sharingmatrix.
- It is my feeling that free users tend to download more rapidly if a file is hosted on hotfile. If hosted on sharingmatrix, free users wait and look for an alternative on other boards.

 

I too have trouble with uploading. But i am pretty satisfied with the money i am earning with SM. no other file hosts paying 60% of premium. Think about it guys!

yes but one account should not refer your another account otherwise they will delete your account
