Hello, I have created some videos and post them on Youtube, but I don't see any traffic that come from this site from my log. How do I get traffic from Youtube videos? Is there any trick? Thanks, Have a nice day!
Hey Jenny, do you get any views to your videos? If not, simply search for your topic and take the best / first video and take the tags he or she used.
I've only read that you can get tonnes of traffic from youtube but I've never actually experimented with it. Apparently it's as easy as making an informational video related to whatever you want to promote, then just posting your URL at the end of the video. As long as there's a demand for the tags in your video you can get some high quality traffic. Let us know if you find any success with youtube marketing.
Make a video within your niche that has an element of difference, remember with things like you tube and media pushing websites, things have the ability to go viral. If you can throw in something highly unique and with humour underlying your product or service. Then all it takes is for one person to tell someone else, these things can explode if you get them right. Thinking caps on. Good Luck
What Mario_T said is true. But also remember to add a good description, make it a moderate time length (no more than 8 to 10 minutes), and attractive (the video itself).
Add the keywords in the description too Don't forget to make the link clickable by adding "http://" before the www.
As James said, it's all about making informative content that people want to watch. That may mean spending a lot of time on your video even doing a short script or even storyboard of what you will be saying, lighting the scene correctly, being clear in delivering your information, etc. You can't just film something with your iPhone and expect people to watch it..
you can understand why this is so funny to me. May be nobody knows about it yet, but the answer seems obvious.
No we cant understand why its funny! The person asked a genuine and serious question. If you know the answer stop being a smug smart ass and tell us all. personally i dont think you know and that the post was just some crap to boost you post count.
The only success I had on Youtube came when I posted some vids with hot girls in bikinis and such. The old adage 'sex sells' still works over there for sure.
Some of the stuff that I have done: Add a live link to the first line of the video description Add a link to your site on your youtube profile Post something about yourself on your youtube profile - and include a link to your site in your description If you want to add live links toy our video, you could go the promoted video route and pay to get your videos lots of views.
I've experimented with this. I've actually written an e-book about it. See my signature. It's pretty simple. You basically create a video with a caption in it. But there's much more in between that.
The more videos you make and the better the content the more views you will get. I have found this is the best way to get views.
post link to your site in description and make description interesting, and better upload videos which are currently needed by ppl.
Only one or two video is not sufficiet for get traffic. there is lots of video submission site. post there your video and give comment to other use video.
Here are some examples: Title tag- Should contain your keyword phrase. Description tag- Should contain a eye catching description, and contain the keyword phrase Video content - Make the content of the video useful, and provide information for that keyword. Include a call of action- Visit my link for more information (after the useful content you provide) Link to your video- Get backlinks to your video just like you would to an article or blog post, which can help its rankings.
