infolinks.com tax info for indian publisher??? what i have to do ??

    Hi,

    Before the payment from Infolinks.com, do they need any tax form submissions for Indian publishers?

    First time I am going to get paid by Infolinks, after 1 month of waiting today morning i contact them for payment. They send a mail contains

    In order for us to issue your payment in compliance with US tax laws,
    please submit the appropriate tax forms according to your status as explained below:

    1. U.S. Business or Individual - must submit the Internal Revenue Service
    (IRS) form W-9.
    2. Non-U.S. Business or Individual with income effectively connected to the
    U.S. - must submit the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) form W-8BEN.
    3. Non U.S. Business or Individual without any income effectively connected
    to the U.S - is required to declare No US Activities - No forms are
    necessary.

    If your status requires you to send w-9 or w-8ben form please download the
    form an return it with your handwritten signature - in the form of a
    scanned document attached to or by Fax to

    I hope i am falling in category 3 and no need to submit anything. Any Indian publishers here paid by infolinks before? did you guys submit any form? please guide me.

    what i have to do ???

    the company seems to be fraud.

    Just tell them that you're Foreign publisher with no U.S. Activities and u dont have to fill these forms, im getting payment from 'em since last year and had no problems :)

    No its not. You have any proof? Asking for tax info. doesn't make a co. fraud...!

    Yes he is right. Just fill the form saying no U.S. activity. Just a formality .

    This is a fraud company, I have the proof,

    I saw my earning in the Infolinks reports section on 5th July at around 10 PM (as per Indian Time), which was $7+ a few in decimals.
    But when I saw the reports at 12:50 AM, it came down to $5 + a few in decimals.
    How it can be possible.

    I mailed at support@infolinks .com,

    But they didn't reply yet.
    They haven't even sent me the money, as I already told them I am a Indian Publisher and not having any relation in terms of income from United States.

    Right now I'm just considering this company as fraud but will start blogging about its fraud work if they will do the same in future.

    you only need to send
    "I hereby declare that I do not have any income effectively connected to the USA" to their email with your url and user name...


    i did it..
    and waiting for payment...
