How Do You Like Your Steak Cooked?

medium rare for my steaks

 

I'm definitely into medium rare. Though if I'm having a filet, I like it more rare.

 

Medium in the Northeast and medium rare or even rare in the South.

 

I like it fully cooked, yummy,
The meat will be soft and smooth

 

Medium well for me.

 

Medium well done for me too, I used to like it really well done when I was younger but same as you, the older I get the more I appreciate the flavours etc of a rarer steak

 

I like it well done till the skin is crispy.

 

that is a lot better than completely rare
