3rd go merging the logo from v2 with the design of v1

 

note for all, use of the official club badge is a bit of a no, no. They are known to be pedantic about this and would likely ask us to remove it.

 

Like the style, the club badge is a non-starter though and really we need the emphasis of the wording to be on SOS1878 or School of Science 1878.

 

think it would be ok to retain the beacon?

 

I think that is the best location of the badge and wording for sure, I like this one.

yeah thats fine what you have done, just not the full official crest.

I must say though, I do really like the first one I commented on which had Jo on the pic...the one with the link but no pic.

There have been several excellent ones so far but as a style guide, in terms of moving away from what we have now to something completely fresh, I think that has caught my eye.

It looks a bit Chinese or something, mystical!!!

We have plenty of time left but I am going to keep offering feedback in the hope that someone can put it all together and blow us away!!!

Superb that one mate, really slick. The bar is getting high now!!

I'm going to get the other lads involved on the site in the morning and see what they think so far so we can offer more feedback.

There are two standout designs for me now and I would be happy with either but the other lads may have different ideas and, of course, it's only fair to give other people who we know are working on things a chance to show their stuff.

My one bit of feedback on this one though..before bed!!....we could do with keeping the class|style|dignity tagline in somewhere, secondly...as lovely as that badge is...I dunno, maybe something a touch more 'modern' if you know what I mean?? The choice of pic is blinding though!!!

 

again, like the background and it's a good pic but use of the club crest is a no go, and the tag text is too imposing compared to the name of the site. A fresh crest is the way to go as above, something original

I also run SOS1878 with the other lads.

Keep them coming, some of the ones submitted so far have been absolutely tremendous.

This is very innovative, I like it a lot.

I would look to use a different image however as Tony Hibbert is not exactly our idea of 'School of Science!!'

In terms of the names complimenting the logo maybe we would be want these players:

Dean, Lawton, Catterick, Harvey, Kendall, Ball, Young, McKenzie, Royle, Arteta
