Please note it seems that no-one is replying to e-mails/message sent through to your customer support. I stumbled upon this site from another forum where I reported the issue.

 

As "Ashley Smith" said about 10 minutes waiting time, so i tested it on my own upload and it's true, it's start counting from 10 minutes when i click on free, even i nothing downloaded yet, when i reload page and click free, i got again 10 minutes over and over, this is normal, or some bug?

One more question:

In the statistics main page (#page-statistic_a) I can see zero (0) premium buys. But when I browse in "File Manager" I can see that at 2010-07-03, I got two premium buys. Is this a bug?

My plan is pay-per-download, but it would be interesting to see in main statistics page how many premium is being sold.

We are working on allowing affiliates who are on pay-per-download to see their sales... So I think you are seeing this due to the changes that they are tested... I will let you know once all is done.

Exactly. I have at least 4 premium sales over the weekend and for my newest files only. There could be premium sales linked to older files. But I don't know how many and their size. And so, I don't know whether pay-per-sales would be a better plan for me.

And P.S. The web upload still doesn't work whatever has been written here.

 

I'm premium user at sharingmatrix . I tried to upload remote from hotfile to sharingmatrix but no file is uploaded !
I think you should approve remote upload from uploading.com to sharingmatrix.

 

Just a quick question out in the open. I got a file on sharingmatrix and it has been downloaded x times and a certain number of downloads are from contries that are included in the pay-per-download list. However all I got is points instead of cash. Is this normal and the cash stats are updated once a day or is this a bug.

 

No, i have private IP adress. But problem is solved now as i see, 10 minutes is gone, it's just 00:00, then captcha and download, neither 30 seconds is counted, nice.

I've experiencing last days something strange with download speed, always first 30 seconds or 1 minute i got poor speed about 10KB/s, then after this time i got great speeds about several MBits. This have to be so?
Actually i don't mind this ultra-slow first minute, when rest of time it's superb speed, but i think lot of downloaders can be confused about that and cancel download after few seconds, because they don't know, that speed will grow after some time.
