I hope new filesonic will be bug & error free..when is it going to launch SM???

 

- Impossible to upload with browser
- I receive several complaints from my downloaders ("sharingmatrix = shitmatrix" is the title of a topic on my board)
- And now only 2% of my downloads are counted for today (see image)

You may call these buggy behaviour, but it is all about their core business, isn't it.

 

remote upload is still not working.am trying to remote upload from hotfile (premium) but still getting html_page error only

 

that must be problem from hotfile. I remote upload from Rapidshare to SM and its working fine

 

uploading not working! it doesn't give me the link

 

Ftp working fine for me. For browser upload, try rename your files.

 

Sure thing there Hearthrobz. Aint saying that I expect the world to be totally flawless but I would be darn dandy if the folks down at sharingmaxtrix would be so kind as to issue an public notice that warns users that there is some work done on the servers or whatever. Other professional hoster like dopositfiles, rapidshare etc. make it this way and this helps members to plan and calm their users in turn. In addition other hosters are redundant and count count the points and cash in the background even if their main servers are under maintance. NOnetheless I was giving them a shoot as a mirror but so far the suck big times.

Just noticed that the put a message in the members section stating that their may be some irregularities in the statistics. To be precise the talk about a delay.

 

johnny ya right. It seems sm is trying to introduce filesonic with immense features. Also i'm expecting em to fix all bugs with it. Support seems busy these days and i didnt see him online. But the prompt payments pleasing me

 

all country , good site but speed upload very slow 44Kb/s ( no use Vps) and delete file 30 day (account free)

 

Get a remote desktop or use rapidget to upload on linux vps. its fast.

 

do we still need to send e-mail to recive double payment? whats the e-mail?

 

remote uploading hotfile files to any other hosts...is it working for anyone ???

I hope to get a reply here from the sales manager as clearly the support and customer service team has absconded or care not to reply to numerous e-mails and request via the site.

I have been unable to download using the free option for over a week... The 10 minute wait time keeps popping up saying there's a further 10 mintues to wait over and over.

The support team hasnt gotten back to my issue even though they said they would as soon as possible

 

I'm sure there's someone there, just can't understand why they don't reply.

I apologize for the delay in responding, but I was unavailable this weekend due to a personal emergency.

There are a lot of posts to reply to, but these seem to be the topics brought up:

1) Web Upload problems: this issue was caused by a large influx of uploads and one upload server being full for a short while. The problem should be resolved now.

2) Yes, FileSonic will definitely kick ass, especially compared to the old system and to other hosts out there!

3) The 'missing' downloads are probably due to the transition period between thew old and new payout schemes. If you see anything suspecious, please email me and I will look into it. We have NEVER cheated and we're not planning to. Those of you who have worked with us know how much we value our affiliates and how we always pay fairly and on time!

4) To receive your bonus payout, email with all your details.
