Google's 1 Cents Clicks

Google's 1 Cents Clicks are tiresome. The CTR is superior to YPN but YPN's average click is $2 and I get some $7-$15 clicks from YPN.

When I see 1 cents clicks from Adsense I wonder who is so cheap to do a 2 or 3 cents Adwords?

 

With adsense, it really depends on what topic your website has.

 

yes this is true and i do get some good dollar clicks but 1 cents, give me a break!!!

 

Those 1 cent clicks are from the heavy Adwords advertisers. Guys who spend 10s of $1000s a day on Adwords ads so they get their clicks cheap. It really does suck, and one of the reasons I am no longer as smitten with Adsense as I once was.

 

I think Google should make the lowest click 25 cents.

The USA is thinking of getting rid of the penny. So should Google!

1 cent-earnings suck!

On a single parked domain I make 40 cents just for people going there, plus 5 cents per click if they go for something.

Actually the only place where I have Adsense running is this forum because doesn't worth the effort at all.

As an adword advertiser, I always do the minimum PPC, sometimes .01 sometimes .10.

This gives me more impressions and some clicks that are cheap.

The biggest of the big spenders, especially Ebay, are spammers in my opinion.

If people find out which sites are yours, they are going to block your ads...

 

forget adsense just go with ypn. For some reason i get a lower ctr but 4 times more in revenue than with adsense.

I actually always addmy sites to the adsense blocker list.

Since most people who use it are those with MFA's sites.

I've had 6 clicks today and made 3 cents! this is so frustrating sometimes

 

Yes some websites are made for money.

But people building homes and condos and doing almost all other businesses are also making their businesses for money.

They are not doing it out of the niceness of their hearts.

 

Sophie, I think you should promote your site more. 6 clicks is not good for a weekday unless your site is maybe brand new.

People at work/school are surfing sites all day long weekdays...

Especially people who don't have high speed internet at home=they are surfing at work and school during the day...

 

Does the average amount one gets for a click depend on the website's content? I got the first 5 click in my brand new website and they were al between 20-25 cents each, should I expect more variation?
