    Hello Friends
Its due to google dance and some times it occurs due to more work for home page, so just see both the reason..

This might be done due to the fact that you are putting more efforts on your home page in terms of back links acquisition and Google considered your way of doing SEO as a way to manipulate search engine rankings. If this is the case then I would recommend you to file a reconsideration request with Google. You can find more details at http://googlewebmastercentral.blogspot.com/2008/07/requesting-reconsideration-using-google.html

You can search "site:yourdomain.com" query in Google and you will come to know that how many pages are indexed in Google.
