Google global and monthly search questions

From what I understand, wedding jewelry received 1,830,000 monthly global and local searches.
Is this only on Google or on every website on the internet?
Also, does this make a domain name (such as weddingjewelry.com) that much more valuable or it does not matter?

Its the number of monthly search for this keywords on Google search engine.
However this information is not exactly true.
And be sure that these domains are registered yet and if you can register them , its valuable.

This number was based on searche activities in Google only. Please be aware that the number are only "estimated" and it won't be any accurate unless you put "exact match" for them first.

The reason I inquired is because I do have the domain name and was wondering what it value is and what can be done with it.

If you do have the domain you might consider targeting jewelry (products) that you can rank for quickly. Use the G keyword tool for specific product names and do a search in G with the product name "in quotes" to analyze the competition. If you find a product with under 10,000 results you should focus your efforts there. Then repeat.

I'm not saying products with 100,000 competing pages are not good, but you want to rank fast here and generate some revenue.

Also consider the top ten competitors backlinks and pagerank to the product page you are going to outrank.
