Hi, I am from India. I really want to verify my paypal account, but I don't have cc or Bank account. I don't want to use VCC. Its very risky and not legal (I confirmed it with paypal support person). Then is there any other way to verify my account? I forgot to ask this to support person. I heard that many people send their Photo ID like Pasport and paypal verify their account and also remove limit. Is it so? How can I do that? Please Help. Thanks...
Credit or debit card are two options to use in verifying your PayPal account. I have heard that PayPal is issuing debit cards which can be used in verifying your account. You can ask PayPal about it.
I dont,w kno the aother way..., because i use Vcc...and honestly sometimes limited, but... it's oke to discuss with paypal..and paypal restores my account ^_^
if you dont want to use vcc i think debit card is the best way. Some bank they accept people that want to apply debit card without having an account with them..so you better ask your nearest bank
If you don't have bank account, you can use your parents card instead....But Paypal and bank account names must match
People send photo ids to remove limitation on their account which in simple term is 'temporary hold/access denied' status. There is a difference between having an account verified and lifting the limitation on the account. And... for an Indian Paypal account... unfortunately, CC and bank accounts are the only option available for verification! Regards, RightMan
What Rightman Said above is 100% true. If you want to remove limitation from your PP account than only sending photo Ids will work. I am also from India, I have opened my PP account with my Bank Account. Why don't you open an account in Bank? its really easy. other option for Indians is Credit Card but it is realy tough getting CC these days and as you said VCC is not legal.
what are limits any way??? i have used my bank account to verify,, i think thats the only way,,, or credit card,, i dont know about photo verify,, you can send any other photo ID,, just because they will not see you
there is no option left for you than to use vcc to verify your account. whats the matter with vcc's? i am using my newly paypal in 4 months now verified with vcc's got lot of transaction with it but until now im still not getting any problem. try vcc if u want to verify your account.
Add your bank account details to your paypal account.Then they send two small amounts to your bank account.Verify paypal account with that amount.
best way to do is to add a credit card first, and confirm it. Then add a local bank account and confirm it. then earn some money and transfer to your bank account and encash it at an atm. then go and spend it.!! For indian accounts, unfortunately Credit card and indian bank accounts with a alid pan card number is required. Failure to bring any of these will lead to complexities. in the whole process after confirmation, if your account gets limited due to some reason, you can then send in your documents for an advanced verification at any time.
