My hosting with Fatcow ends at the end of the month (THANK GOD!!!!!) and I need a new host. Im so happy the time has finally come.

I need a host that will allow multiple domain names to be hosted. Also I run a lot of Wordpress/phpBB3/IPB websites and I want a FAST database. Fatcow had HORRIBLE database's issues and my sites would be take forever to load.

Please aim me towards a good host, with a good reputation, allowing the things I mentioned. Also if possible try to keep it under $8 a month?

    Thanks guys!

You can try hostgator, there is an aff link in my signature in the right ;). Use the code HOUSTON to get $25 off (if you are getting for 1 year), or the code GREEN to get 20% off (if you are getting for more).

I think that does not depend on the web hosting provider at all. That depends on the control panel they are using

These are great for shared hosting.
If you are doing extensive database scripts and more, maybe you could consider a low VPS. I recommand a Xen environment.

What resources do your sites use ? such a bandwidth and disk space ? Those are the most important factors when choosing the hosting package you need.

I don't think you would need a VPS though, as they are going to be over your budget and are more complex to run...

Since somebody has already mentioned hostgator and justhost i'll mention something else. Arvixe.com is quite good. I hosted with them some time ago and I was quite happy with them. The database quite fast as well. But it all depends on what kind of sites you are going to have and how heavy is the traffic to your sites. For monthly billing you can get in for $7/mth and you get to host 6 domains. I don't know if that's enough for you though.

I think the best host to recommend is definitely HostGator. They seem to be the most popular and have a heck of a lot of positive reviews. I too use them.

I was recommended the host surmounted.net.

Have to say they have been brilliant for me so far, very cheap but they are very new. Very good host though imo with panel etc.

    Chevy out the website. :)

I would suggest you go for Bluehost, Hostgator or Godaddy. i personally use hostgator and they are the best. you have a choice between 3 option. I think all of the three option will satisfy all your requirements.
