PR5 Proxy site / 7425 uniques per DAY / ~$300 rev per month

Ok I tried selling this site at SitePoint but it's apparently full of ignorant people that bid for no reason! So before I begin with the site description let me just make something clear. DO NOT BID OR SEND OFFERS IF YOU ARE NOT SURE THAT YOU WANT TO BUY THE SITE! Please first ask all the questions that you want to ask and then make your bid or offer! When you make your bid or offer that means that you are ready to transfer the money.

Ok guys I'm selling my baby! Unfortunately I was not approved for OSAP (government education loan) this year so I have to pay for my tuition. This is a very nice PR5 proxy site. With the kind of traffic this site gets selling text links should be a breeze... and it is!

I only found out that I will not be getting my tuition loan in the last few days, so I already have people advertising on the site. If you buy this site you will have to keep the advertisements until they expire (most of them are until end of September).

I prefer for the buyer to make the payment VIA Electronic Transfer or through the bank because the paypal fees are just crazy! I am will take paypal if the buyer is willing to cover at least half of the fees.

Revenue Details:

Most of the revenue comes from selling text links. With the current page rank of the site and the amount of pageviews and traffic this site gets it's REALLY easy.

I also put adsense not too long ago and the site is making around $3/day.

Who is the host and what are the TOS regarding proxy servers??

 

This is a proxy site. That means that users are able to srufe the web through the IP of the server. It is used by people on restricted countries where the goverment blocks sites for political reasons or by students in high school that want to visit arcade games sites or myspace.

I currently have a VPS (so this is not the only site that I have on the vps) at ServInt and they have no problems with proxy sites.
