    is it right?

am not a big publisher and not living in USA and no employee in USA...

still i need to submit Tax form....(i dont have any USA tax number)

    am living in India ....
i have PAN card ...but yet not reached tax limit ..so no need to give tax to government ...(mean income tax)..

    tax for only USA people.

Everyone has to fill out tax form to conform if they are from usa or other place. IF other place, still fill out tax form just to prove it.

at last i found in info link FAQ...

Q.Why do I have to fill in my Tax ID?
A.Tax ID is required for U.S. tax purposes only. If you are a citizen or have a business in the U.S., you are required to file any earnings you make. If you are a non-U.S. customer, then you are not required to fill that part of the form.

so i think i need not to submit ..any form to them..

Actually what I gathered from that is that you still need to submit the forum you just dont need to fill out the tax id part, because they say "then you are not required to fill that part of the form" and no where does it say you don't need to fill out the form at all.

sorry...this is the FAQ i need to post here..

Q.How do I fill in my Tax form?
In order for us to issue your payment in compliance with US tax laws, you will be asked to submit the appropriate tax forms according to your status as explained below:

    1. U.S. Business or Individual - must submit the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) form W-9.
    2. Non-U.S. Business or Individual with income effectively connected to the U.S. - must submit the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) form W-8BEN.
    3. Non U.S. Business or Individual without any income effectively connected to the U.S - is required to declare No US Activities - No forms are necessary.

tell me how i declare... will they ask me to declare..
