ok you are not understanding the value of the site. let me explain it to you again.

Anyone can put together ANY SITE in a matter of hours if they know what they are doing. BUT the value lies in the stats of the sites. Try and see how many people are selling a site that gets 40500 exact searches AND low competition for $60. Even sites with 2400 - 4400 exact searches are selling for $25. why? because they have value with the potential organic traffic. Just go through the listings in "sites" section and you will get to know what I am talking about. If you can't see any sites like that then ask me I will give you a list of threads that illustrate my point.
