Good luck man. That's a seriously low wage even in Morocco. I can't even find homeless teenagers that will work for that little. If you decide you want to pay for some quality though, I've got it for you.
If other solo writers wanted to team up to work on this project I would be interested. Just wanted to throw the idea out there in case anyone was viewing this thread wishing they had a team! =) I could handle at least 10/day myself.

Hmm, not far from you, Tunisia. The daily wage of 8 hours hard-man work is around $8. So I'll assume you write an article each hour, that's $16. But the OP forgot that I have Internet Connection fees, computer, electricity, home... That being said, he won't get any original article, but just spinned one. Get an article spinner and spin 500 articles, sell at $0.5/article, make $250 (easy, huh?). But then you have to deal with the angry. Nothing happen, no one is happy, time and money wasted.
