Is this against Google's TOS? Please HELP ME!

I'm creating a site in Spanish about computers, and there's another site in English wich allows me to copy some of their articles, translate them in Spanish and publish them in my website if I mention the source (if I mention the URL of this website). But is this against Google's TOS? Can I get banned? Maybe Google thinks that I haven't got the right under that article, or don't know that I'm actually allowed to use it. Could I get banned because of this?

Google doesnt check your articles if they are copied or not. This is between you and the other site, in this case you have the rights since they let you + you have a backlink to the original.

you've a good friend that give that permission, but i advice to have unique content. so that
altough you have permission, the better way is you can edit it by changing the word with synonim.
    hope it's useful
