Probably by generating positive user feedback and activity. Just a guess.

I'm not a youtube marketer and I barely visit their site but it's a very good idea not to share your keywords on forums for webmasters.
The reason is so obvious - the number of your competitors will increase inevitably :)

Try to increase the number of views for your video, write comments and rate it.

There is a burgeoning industry of people who will generate a large number of views, ratings or comments on your video if you want to go a bit blackhat - just have a delve into some of the darker boards on this forum!

There are also some more crafty techniques like autoplay pop-unders -i.e. embedding the video in a pop-under from one of your sites and making it autoplay. It's really annoying for your users, but if you don't much care about that it can work.

However, if you're looking for a more white-hat approach, use every channel you can get genuine views and ratings. One great way is using your own sites - if you have a site that gets a reasonable number of visits, embed it on the home page and let users view it from there. Also promote it on Twitter, social bookmarking sites etc.

Some video owners like to put overlays on their videos saying "please rate" or "please favourite" etc. It's again a balance between self promotion and user experience.

If you do well enough with your video promotion, your video can eventually end up on the front page of Google (not just YouTube) for your search term, so it can be worth the effort!

Getting links back to your youtube videos would also help the cumulative momentum, but honestly long term, a better strategy is to get links back to your home site and have that authority flow through your site. By getting hits of 10k plus on one or more of your videos, it’s going to instantly look to visitors as if your established and this has a surprising effect on how new visitors will perceive you and your popularity.

While you post your videos I think, you have option to include title and description so follow SEO rule while writing title and description.

And also promote it through comment posting on youtube.

Participate on other activities where public gatherings are on videos site.

pretty much all the on and offpage optimization applies to YT video promotion as well. to be on the YT front page for your term, you need lots of video impression/views and comments, etc. also needs backlinks to the video.

to be on front page of google for the video, follow all the regular SEO methods.

btw, "Naruto shippuden 167" is NOT a competitive keyword. in fact, it hardly has any competition o you should rank well with very little effort

Just put the keyword on the description of the video and also don't forget to use your keyword on the title of the video.

Interesting. How does the point system work? It's free? I wouldn't be surprised if google started catching on to non-genuine viewcounts on youtube, or has already, as far as search engine optimization goes.

If you have some extra money, maybe you could do the promoted video option through youtube.

    https://ads.youtube.com/

If you want your video to get 10,000 views, just throw some money into the project, and get your video promoted.
