I submitted a ticket and then as your instruction i emailed at . This is really giving me a headache now, i didn't get paid even though all my payment settings were right. I am waiting for some positive response from you guys! I sent you messages on Yahoo IM but there is no response from you.

This is frustrating for publishers i think!

Status : Had a chat with Troy on YIM, he said he will be solving this problem by today (maybe a bug) :) Thanks for the help.

I got paid :) thank you so much Troy & Correy

Troy what I mean is, If a referral application is already approved and I'm starting to get some income from that approved referral and then suddenly he got banned what will happen to the income I generated from that certain approved referral?

It is possible the referral may have been caught exploiting our offers (spam, pixel fraud..). In such a case where we ban a publisher, we will return the earnings to the advertiser or the advertiser will immediately revoke the earnings from us.

    So just to be clear...

You guys will take away back the earning we got from the the banned publishers which is our referral? Yes or No?

    Thanks

They are not going to pay you if they are not being paid themselves. The referral money is illegitimately "made" by your referral, and therefore will not be paid to you.

Quick answer to your question: "yes"

Alright, thanks for the info Jason.

How long has it been scheduled to last?
    Does it effect earnings?

Server seems to be down now.

I just stumbled upon this thread. Great to see so many people are enthusiastic about this? I have just joined the band wagon a week ago and try to learn my ropes. I found the video by Troy a great resource. Hope to add more as I learn things.

Ok here is my feedback .our all really happy with cpalead services are good & so far i generated some $ for me .But One thing here would like to mention surveys are 10 page long . PERSONAL Y noticed them No one is filling their full survey .NO one is staying away from content for 10 mins to serve to filling a survey .So please CPA at least make advertisers to pay on one click that some one get .some pence at least on a CLick .

There are actually quite a few that convert after at least the second page/form that the user completes, but of course it's not always clear on how far one must go when it comes to completing a survey.

Did you mean to say you had 300 clicks? If so, your Earnings Per Click (EPC) is 59 cents which is really high. This is what we specialize in, getting you the highest Earnings Per Click.

It is unfair to judge our offers by how many leads = how much money. If you are promoting high converting offers, then the payout is going to be lower and the lead count is going to be high. If you're promoting low converting / high paying mobiles, your lead count / conversion is going to be low and your EPC is going to be high.

EPC and conversion rate are the best ways to measure the performance of our offers.

To figure out EPC, take the amount earned and divide it by the amount of clicks.

To figure out conversion, take the number of leads and divide it by the amount of clicks.

When are the old Mobile and other High converting surveys are going to be back?

Also I noticed that IQ Survey has been removed, is it removed from the network or from selected publishers account?
