Today I tried to withdraw my money from my paypal account to my bank account. But, after a few moments, I received the following email from Paypal: Notification of Limited Account Access ****** Dear *********, As part of our security measures, we regularly screen activity in the PayPal system. During a recent screening, we noticed an issue regarding your account. We have reason to believe that your account was accessed by a third party. Because protecting the security of your account is our primary concern, we have limited access to sensitive PayPal account features. Code (markup): After receiving this email, I logged into my account and was taken through the steps for verifying my account again, starting from providing my bank account details, changing my password and security questions, verifying my email address, etc., which I did. Upon completion of these steps, I found my withdrawal request reversed and certain amount was also deducted from my Paypal balance. The methods that were asked for to remove the limitation from my verified Paypal account are as follows: Confirm your credit card If you'd prefer, there are alternative ways to provide information: Confirm your bank account Provide copy of credit card statement Provide copy of photo ID Now, since I am not having any credit card, so I tried "confirm your bank account" option which took me to Add/Edit Bank Account under Profile settings and didn't provide me with any means to confirm my bank accounts. Now only one option is left that is Provide copy of photo ID. Can anyone help me with the info about what documents are considered as valid photo ID? I am from India and is having a verified Paypal account. I have done successful withdrawal previous month. Thanks...

I hope they restore access to your account but they can decline legitimate documents. I had sent them my SS Card, license, and everything else and they still "felt uncomfortable allowing me to continue using their site". Hopefully they will not place their 180 day freeze on you.
