Second that, you may look into moneybookers or 2co they are some good alternative as well you will want to look at Alertpay and even epassport etc.

If you know somebody who has a paypal account that can accept payment you could ask them to recieve the payments, withdraw the cash and then send it to you using western union.

Getting your existing money from PP is the first thing you need to do. Use whatever means you can to do that. Then, use 2co as suggested above. It's like taking PP through a back door and you can get your money. As with any processor, check their TOS first though to be sure it will work for you.

Paypal is surely the best in the business but that does not mean that others do not exist. If paypal is not supporting the operations in your country, it is best to look for alternatives which do. No point in trying to find a work around and then... loose the hard earned money at limitation! :(

Paypal is a good payment processor, however there are downsides to using Paypal in receiving payments as most people don't know how to withdraw funds from their Paypal accounts. Most people in the US would directly and easily withdraw the funds to their bank accounts/debit cards. However, for Croatia, there might be technical issues with your country. I would suggest that you try to use Western Union to receive payments from other countries, so it will be easier to cash it out unlike Paypal, where you have to verify your account and link up a debit card first before you can withdraw.

I believe there are Western Union branches in Croatia. Best of luck and more power!
