why can't i send PM?

    i dont know. but i have tested sending 'aaa'. it also cant be sent.

    Right, I get a lot of Pm's asking the same questions so what I did was make a notepad file on my desktop with ready made replies which I copy paste every time I get an inquiry for one of those things. Till date I must have sent 200+ such Pm's though all of them were relevant, solicited and sent as replies, I therefore don't expect anyone to report them. But since I read somewhere that the ban is automatic, can I get in trouble for that even if someone doesn't report?

    Because of the need to exchange links, I made a lot of PM, therefore spammed by the system. I AM SO SORRY FOR THAT. I promise that i will not do so again. So How can I restore my permission to send PM? Thank you.
